Balasu Coal Mine Double Yard Rope ion Exchange Intelligent Protection Device Project

The design capacity of Balasu Coal Mine is 15 million tons/year. The main shaft hoist adopts a well tower arrangement. The weight of the container is 68 tons, the diameter of the hoisting rope is 52mm, the number of hoisting ropes is 6, and the distance between the head ropes is 350mm. The mine was installed in 2023. The @TT-B/250 double-yard rope ion and exchange intelligent protection device developed by Sansen has stable and reliable performance, reduces the labor intensity of workers, shortens the rope adjustment time, and ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
